| Die-Cut Capabilities |

Caplugs can die-cut any shape you need in hundreds of different materials. From simple shapes like squares and circles to complex designs, we can die-cut a part to fit your needs. Choose from a variety of materials including vinyl, rigid plastic, magnetic, adhesive backed and netting. Magnetic die-cut discs are commonly used as reusable flange covers that fit securely to protect the face of a flange, but are easily removed and reapplied. The magnetic backing makes them ideal for reuse, resulting in an economical protective device.
For one-time use flange covers that require a secure fit to withstand volatile environments such as high wind, use our adhesive-backed flange covers. These covers stick on until removed and will not leave any tacky residue. Our die-cut process is done completely in-house and is fully customizable, ensuring you a quick turnaround and efficient pricing. |

to working with customers to meet their specific part requirements. We can take you from part conception and prototyping through production and packaging faster and more economically than anyone in the industry. We design and build our tooling in-house, ensuring your tooling is made quickly and to your exact specifications.
To save further time and money, we have made modifying parts and tools part of our manufacturing process. With our vast inventory of tools, we can often alter existing inserts inexpensively to create a custom tool quickly without building a new mold base. Finally, if you need a relatively standard part with just a few custom modifications, our Secondary Operations Department can use a
catalog part and alter it by punching a hole, cutting a slit, creating a ventilation track and more. |
