In 2003, Caplugs’ parent company purchased Niagara Caps & Plugs to bring two of the industry leaders together
to form the largest, most expansive offering of product protection solutions. The combined organization now
boasts manufacturing locations including Buffalo, NY, Erie, PA and Los Angeles, CA.
Caplugs manufactures premium protection products including caps, plugs, tubing, edge liners, fasteners,
and netting. Specializing in injection molding, vinyl-dip molding, and extrusion, our product offering can provide
any plastic product protection you're looking for. To ensure we can respond to customers quickly, we warehouse over
400,000,000 parts ready to ship same-day for over 14,000 different catalog items.
In house injection-molding machines ranging from 7-ton to 600-tons, gives us the ability to manufacture parts in an endless variety
of sizes and shapes. Our extrusion lines produce profile, netting and tubing extrusions that can be used for shipping protection,
storage, display, and countless other uses.
Knowing that customer's needs are always evolving and becoming more specific, we staff a full department of design engineers dedicated to creating custom product protection solutions. They will design a part, produce a prototype, and build production tooling in weeks. Caplugs has positioned themselves as pioneers in the industry by experimenting with new material formulations and molding techniques, resulting in cutting edge designs and parts that perform.
