In 1997 our quality system was certified to some of the worlds most stringent standards including the international standard ISO 9001:2000, and the automotive standard ISO/TS16949:2002. In addition to our commitment to quality, Caplugs is dedicated to protecting the environment. Our facilities and operations are controlled through a documented environmental management system, which earned us the ISO 14001 certification in 2003. Caplugs' suppliers are also held to these high standards. We purchase only prime raw material and require certified test data with each shipment. Chemical and physical properties are then tested in our internal lab before the material is released to production. With our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment we tightly control our processing parameters and closely monitor key product characteristics to assure product quality. Our internal bar code system allows product to move swiftly into our warehouse which is home to over 400,000,000 catalog and custom parts.
