As with injection- molded products, Caplugs can accommodate most needs for special design, shape and color of dip-molded products. Whatever your needs, Caplugs either has the tooling already available or will quickly design the best product solution.

Caplugs can provide custom designed dip-molded vinyl protection products in sizes up to 27 inches in diameter and 21 inches in length. And our custom vinyl comes in multiple shapes -- including round, square and flanged-- and in such materials as vinyl, foam, elastic, high temperature, translucents and more. They are also available in an array of standard colors, including white, black, brown, orange, red, green, grey, blue and yellow.
