We have injection-molding presses ranging from 7 to 400 tons. With our new equipment we can produce everything from small, high precision parts to those 18" in diameter. We know having the part our customers need is important, but having the ability to meet exact specifications is crucial – that’s why we purchased a state-of-the-art laser micrometer which ensures the highest measurement accuracy repeatable to +/-0.0002 inches.

Our injection molded plastic products come in an array of standard colors, including red, black, yellow, translucent, white, green, brown, orange, blue and grey, but we can also match colors to meet your requirements.

And because we employ a complete engineering department, technical support groups and prototype services directly in house, Caplugs can process and deliver your custom designed injection -molded products and tooling typically within four to six weeks, and production parts in one to two weeks thereafter.
