Caplugs team of Technical Sales Engineers are dedicated to helping customers address their technical concerns.  Our Technical group can answer questions regarding part tolerance, material specifications, and custom capabilities.

Our Technical Sales Department is versed in all of our manufacturing processes, materials, and tooling capabilities.  They use this expertise to offer and recommend the most effective and economical solution for your product protection needs.

For our customers that require a custom or modified part, we assign a Technical Sales Engineer dedicated to that project.  Our TSE will oversee your project from start to finish ensuring timelines and budgets are met.  The TSE will be the liason between all Caplugs departments.  This project leader will manage all meetings and communications with our Design Engineers and Production Departments to ensure the part is developed to spec.  You will never be shuffled from person-to-person.
