Ultrabake™ Zerk Caps - ZC-SH SERIES

Purpose

Zerk Caps are designed specifically to mask Zerk fittings; they will mask off the fitting and allow finishing up to it.

How the product is used

The cap is applied by being pushed over the fitting. It is removed by being pulled off. Zerk Caps are available in two styles: one with a short handle and another with an extended handle, which eases installation and facilitates removal from hard-to-reach spaces

Zerk fittings, also sometimes called Alemite fittings, Grease fittings or Lincoln fittings, are commonly found in the Automotive, Agricultural, and Heavy Equipment industries.

Powder coating, E-coating, Plating, Anodizing, Spray painting

Temperature Range

Maximum temperature 600°F (315°C)

Storage conditions

Items should be stored in dry conditions at an ambient temperature of between 55°F (13°C) and 85°F (30°C). It is important to rotate stock and use the product in the order that it is received.
