As the demand for ergonomically friendly and aesthetically pleasing products continue to grow, we’ve expanded our capabilities to offer vinyl coating. We've developed a simple and permanent way to coat your metal products with soft, colorful, vinyl.

The benefit of coating an object, as opposed to sliding a plastic grip or other over it, is the durability it provides. An item that is coated is permanent and will wear slower than a plastic cover that is applied. For the home medical industry, vinyl coating is often used for grips on canes, wheelchair rims, and more. Vinyl coating will not slip or move on the application regardless of the age of the coating, weight applied to the coating, or environmental factors such as rain or extreme heat.

We can coat any object that can withstand dipping temperatures of 550ºF. Metal is the most common application, and unpainted surfaces are preferred, as paint could discolor during the process. We can dip any size up to 20” wide and 24” long. The object cannot weigh more than 40 lbs. Parts can be coated in any of our vinyl materials, including foam, textured, UV stable, and more. We can coat in any of our standard colors, or if preferred we can color match to meet your needs.
