PTM-SH Series Ultrabake™ silicone caps/plugs are designed to be used during the coating of pipes in the pipe fabrication and coating industries.
- Masks the internally threaded ends of tubing to prevent the coating from getting inside
- Withstands temperatures up to 600ºF (315ºC)
- Tear-away venting nipple allows for a pressure release during the curing process
- Stays watertight if not removed
- Outer rib for extra hold against threading on inside of pipe
